We offer what no other compliance company does and to a much higher level with completely interactive materials to compliment one's studies. This helps to separate ELP Compliance from the rest.

As a school, ELP Compliance is dedicated to educating the numerous dealerships and their employees throughout the State of Florida. Our goal is to be the first choice for all dealerships, whether independent, salvage, wholesale or auction to either gain or maintain their dealer compliance licenses.

At the moment, we offer two specific courses for Florida automobile dealers; dealer pre-licensing and continuing education. Each of our courses have been developed and critiqued to meet the current educational requirements including up to date laws and regulations governing the State of Florida.

With the combination of our industry low prices and our truly innovative student support curriculum systems, it is no wonder why we are Florida's #1 value Online Dealer Compliance Training School when it comes to taking or renewing your online dealer compliance courses!!!

Moving forward, we plan on expanding into other states to help their dealerships with a much more convenient, interactive and overall streamlined service. In 2018, we plan on expanding into the states of Georgia, South Carolina and North Carolina.

Look below to meet ELP Compliance's Founders.

Sam Flores, Partner/Licensed Dealer Training Manager

Sam Flores is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licensed in the state of Florida since 2008.

Flores began his career in the automotive industry as an internal auditor for a major dealership group based in Fort Lauderdale. In this position, he conducted compliance and regulatory audits throughout Broward and Miami-Dade Counties.

In 2004, Flores was promoted to Accounting Manager at the dealership group's finance and leasing company. In this new role, he learned the technical aspects of automotive dealership accounting. Further, he honed his skills in the areas of collection and repossessions. Within a year, he was promoted to Controller, a position he held until December of 2012.

Flores received his Bachelor of Science degree from Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, Florida in 1999. He also received a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the same institution in 2002.

Jordan Velez, Partner/Regional Sales Manager and Licensed Dealer Training Manager

Jordan Velez is the President of E-Language Pros, LLC. He started this company from the ground floor in 2011 and has experienced growth into well over 70 countries to date.

Having graduated from Florida State University in 2008, he decided to postpone his law school endeavors and opted to go to work in all places, Daejeon, South Korea. This proved to be the biggest and most rewarding experience in his life.

Although he has always had many goals, a career in education was nothing more than an after thought. Nonetheless, Mr. Velez began his career in education in 2009 as an English teacher in Daejeon, South Korea. It seemed that from the moment he began his career as an educator, he found his true calling and has been full throttle in all things education ever since.

During this time abroad, he published a state-of-the-art curriculum combined with games as an innovative way to make learning more interactive and fun for his students. The methods that he used to help facilitate learning were well sought out and proved to be successful as his students ranked at the top of their English testing after their time spent together.

The highlight of his time in Korea came in 2010 when he was personally asked to help the Mayor of Daejeon at the time prepare for and write his speech for the 2010 IMF Conference, Asia 21, being held in Daejeon. He received an award for outstanding teaching and professionalism shortly there after. Just before leaving the country in 2011, his students (saddened by the news of his soon to be departure) made it known that they still wanted to study with him while he was away. Knowing this and the fact that he did not want to quit teaching for good, his passions led him to create ELP (Every Language Possible), otherwise known as E-Language Pros, LLC upon his return to the states in the spring of 2011.

After many successful years, his company is continuously growing due in large part to his efforts and that of his great teachers and staff.

This new venture of ELP Compliance is a division of ELP. It will introduce a new style of test preparation and studying convenience for the state compliance exam for dealers looking to take the test in their native languages.

Looking Forward

As a team, Sam Flores and Jordan Velez hope to establish a new and effective way of studying for automotive dealers in the State of Florida. In the future, they plan on offering such a convenient and interactive method of studying for auto dealerships located in other states throughout the United States as well.
